Finished these last night, pattern is 'falling in lovve' from Magknits, yarn is Posh Yarn Emily in shade Jig, they are lovely and soft and the yarn was a joy to knit with.
Lovely socks. :0) And Emily is pleasure to knit with. Even though the label says handwash, I always throw mine in a 30 degree wash and they come out beautifully, although I do like to block them after each wash.
Thanks for the washing info Linda, I was going to hand wash as have already felted one pair of socks in the machine, got a bit left so may do a square to test wash.
Thanks for the comment you kindly left on my blog. I have to confess that my knowledge of knitting is confined to what I have learned from Soo, a master of her art. But I do know that socks are tricky and these look great!

I haven't tackled toe ups yet. They seem a sensible idea but I keep sticking to the cuff down.
But I did finally tackle another heel type so maybe...
Hope you are feeling better soon.

They are beautiful...I like my toe ups aswell now (especially if you have a limited amount of yarn)
That colourway is just so pretty.
I love your socks - toe up is my favourite way. And the Emily looks lovely, I'm looking forward to trying it!
They are lovely socks! I've had a look at a toe up pattern and it doesn't look too scary! Once I've finished the dreaded black socks I'll have a go.
